Chief Financial Officer
Emily Weaver is TERREPOWER’s chief financial officer (CFO), reporting to CEO, Duncan Gillis.
Emily oversees business unit and M&A support, and the financial planning & analysis, treasury, accounting, audit and tax functions for TERREPOWER.
Emily joined TERREPOWER in 2023. She is an experienced industrial sector CFO having served in that capacity previously with Ingersoll Rand (formerly Gardner Denver), a Fortune 500, worldwide manufacturer of mission-critical flow technologies for industrial, energy and medical end markets, as well as specialty vehicle products and technologies. Most recently, she served as CFO of a portfolio company of private equity firm Blackstone similar in size to TERREPOWER.
Before joining TERREPOWER, Emily served as Vice President - Finance for Danaher where she led the successful spin-off and public offering of the industrial segment now called Fortive. She joined Fortive as Chief Accounting Officer with responsibilities that included FP&A, accounting and reporting functions, and finance talent development.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara in Business Economics. She also holds a Strategic Management Strategy certificate from Wharton Online.
Emily enjoys fishing, reading, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their 8-year-old son Jack. Emily resides in Fairhope, Alabama.
