Comprehensive Testing & Sustainable Manufacturing:
TERREPOWER offers extensive testing and repair services for injectors working in Common Rail systems. Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technology, enabling us to carry out repairs that adhere to the strictest OES requirements. We utilize advanced equipment, including Bosch EPS 205, EPS 708, and EPS 815, as well as Carbon Zapp CRU21, CRU2r, and DS2i, to ensure every injector meets the highest standards.

Detailed Remanufacturing Process:
TERREPOWER services all types of high-pressure fuel pumps from OES. Each pump undergoes a meticulous remanufacturing process, starting with disassembly and optical assessment of wear and tear using advanced microscopy. After cleaning all components with ultrasonic methods, we replace internal seals and reassemble the pump using specialized tools and technology.
Precision Testing for Reliability:
The remanufactured pumps are subjected to a series of precision tests on Bosch EPS 815 or EPS 708 test tables. These tests measure pump efficiency, nominal pressure, start-up efficiency, and more, ensuring that every pump we restore delivers consistent, reliable performance.
Advanced Repair Technology:
Our unit injector and pump remanufacturing services are backed by cutting-edge technology, including tools designed for three levels of repair. We control injection doses and BIP signals to extend the life of unit injectors, ensuring lower fuel consumption and smooth engine operation.
Comprehensive Testing:
Using the Bosch EPS 815-CAMBOX test table and additional devices, we conduct full load tests that measure electrical circuits, injection doses, and more. This rigorous testing guarantees that the remanufactured units meet OES standards for performance and reliability.
Restoring Legacy Systems:
TERREPOWER offers specialized repair services for earlier-generation mechanical injectors, including one-spring-loaded and two-spring-loaded models. Our repair process includes adjusting opening pressures, assembly according to OES technology, and extensive testing to ensure these injectors continue to perform at their best.
